Divisions. • Update on weekly basis Organization Chart on the basic of Personal Movement and Personal • Onboard new joiners. Arrange necessary visitor passes, IT access, inductions etc and (PPE supply) • Submit Manifest booking requests for onshore Staff as necessary • Act as focal point for collection and distribution of all training certificates. • Providing effective administrative support to the Site resources: filling timesheets, travel requests and expenses within SAP. • Providing general assistance to the Site Managers with the preparation of all documentation such as updating • Job Descriptions, Personal Movements and Personal Requisitions Forms. • Work closely with other Department Administrators to ensure adequate coverage of support during Peak leave periods. • Ensure and maintain effective relations with NCOC N.V. Service Departments (ICT, Travel, C & P, Finance, • Office Services, Project Services, HRO and Internal Communications and Visa, ROK Correspondences, Transport). • Providing support on arrangements for Business Trip, Training Courses, Visa Renewal and Medical examination requests for Onshore Staff • Act as a focal point for proceeding Hardware request and distribution Radio devices for staff. Directly effective communication with ICT/Telecommunications Department |
